Course Overview
The Proficiency Diploma in Multimedia and Animation equips students with skills in multimedia production, animation principles, and advanced techniques. This program covers 2D and 3D animation, motion graphics, multimedia design, and project development. Students will gain proficiency in industry-standard software like Adobe Animate, After Effects, and Blender, preparing them for careers in animation studios, advertising agencies, and digital media production.
Semester 1
Week 1: Introduction to Multimedia and Animation

- Principles of animation: timing, spacing, and motion
Week 2: 2D Animation Fundamentals
- Basics of 2D animation techniques
- Creating simple animations with Adobe Animate

- Fundamentals of graphic design for multimedia
- Designing multimedia content for various platforms
- Interactive media development using multimedia authoring tools
